Circle of Security Parenting Approach
Online
A 7 week online programme that helps you understand what your child really needs, and feel confident giving it to them.
Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) is one of the most respected parenting programmes in the world. It’s based on decades of research into how children develop and what they actually need from the adults who love them most.
It’s not about techniques or tricks. It’s about understanding your child’s emotional world, recognising what they’re asking for, and learning how to respond in a way that builds real security.
When children feel secure, everything gets easier. Sleep. Behaviour. Connection. All of it.
COSP has been used with hundreds of thousands of families globally. I’ve completed the programme myself, and it’s one of the most powerful things I’ve ever experienced as both a parent and an early childhood professional.

FAQ
Can my partner join?
Yes! The $299 investment covers your whole household screen. Both of you are warmly welcome to attend together.
Do I need to have done anything like this before? join?
Not at all. COSP is designed for all parents, whether you’re brand new to reflective parenting or you’ve been exploring it for years. You’ll get something valuable wherever you’re starting from.
What if I miss a session?
Life with little ones is unpredictable. I get it. I am unable to record any of the session due to licensing and the privacy of participants. Please reach out if you miss a session and we’ll work something out.
Is this therapy?
No. COSP is a parenting education programme, not therapy. That said, it is reflective and can bring up personal insights. It’s a safe, supported space and I’m trained to hold that well.
My child is older than 5, is this still relevant?
COSP is most relevant for parents of children aged 0 to 11, but the principles apply well beyond that. If you’re not sure whether it’s the right fit, send me a message and we can chat.
What if I want more personalised support?
The group programme is a brilliant foundation. If you’d like one-on-one support alongside or after COSP (for sleep, behaviour, or anything else) I offer individual mentoring sessions too.
