Have a question that isn’t answered here? Send me a message and I’ll happily help.

What services do you offer?

I offer one-to-one consultations, group programmes, workshops and ongoing support for parents and teachers of children aged 0 to 5. My focus is sleep, behaviour, big feelings and early development.

Who do you work with?

Parents, caregivers and early childhood educators who want practical guidance and a deeper understanding of children, so they can feel more confident in their role.

What is your approach?

I take a responsive, child-focused approach that looks at the whole picture: your child’s temperament, biological needs, sleep, emotional regulation and developmental stage. My work is grounded in child development and attachment, so the strategies I share respect each child’s uniqueness while supporting calm, connected and confident caregiving. No tricks, no shame, no one-size-fits-all.

Are your services suitable for newborns?

Absolutely. I support families from birth through the first five years, including newborn sleep and the transition into parenthood.

Can I join a group programme if my child has sleep or behaviour challenges?

Yes. My group programmes are designed for families navigating all kinds of early years challenges. You’ll gain insight, practical strategies and peer support in a safe, non-judgemental space.

How long are one-to-one sessions?

Sessions run from 30 to 90 minutes depending on what you need. We’ll talk through your goals, what’s really going on, and clear next steps so you can move forward with confidence.

How much do your services cost?

Pricing varies by service, from one-off consultations through to group programmes and written parenting plans. You’ll find full details on each service page, or get in touch and I’ll point you to the right option for your family.

What if I book a sleep consult and then realise I need more support?

That happens all the time, and it’s completely fine. You don’t have to have it all worked out before you start. Book whichever session feels right, then if you’d like more support afterwards, you can simply level up to the 3 Week Package.

Can I access your support online?

Yes. All consultations and programmes are offered via video call, so you can get support from the comfort of home, wherever you are.

Will your guidance work for both sleep and behaviour?

Yes. I look at sleep, behaviour and emotional development together, because they’re deeply connected. You’ll come away with strategies that are practical, achievable and specific to your child.

Do you work with early childhood centres and educators?

I do. I offer tailored professional development, workshops and speaking sessions to help teaching teams deepen their understanding of development, attachment and behaviour, and feel more confident in their practice.

How do I get started?

The easiest way is to book online, or reach out if you’re not sure which option suits you best. We’ll figure it out together.
