Best for: families who want ongoing support while they put changes into practice, not just a one off conversation.

Follow Up Consult
Best for: families who have worked with me before and are navigating a new stage, disruption, or transition.

What to Expect From Working Together
Together, we talk through what sleep looks like right now, what feels hardest, and what you have already tried. From there, we look at the bigger picture. This includes your child’s temperament, developmental stage, biological needs, emotional regulation, and your family rhythms.
My approach is responsive and holistic. That means there is no one-size-fits-all solution and no expectation to follow strict schedules or methods that do not feel right for you.
The focus is on understanding what is driving the sleep challenges and identifying changes that are both supportive and sustainable. You can expect a calm, thoughtful conversation that brings clarity, reassurance, and clear next steps. The goal is for you to leave feeling more confident in your understanding of your child and supported in how to move forward.
